TES Compliance Goes International!

TES have just completed the first of hopefully many jobs for an exciting new client taking us from the UK over to Holland to carry out a Thermographic Survey of a brand new data centre on the outskirts of the city.

Thermographic surveys, also known as Thermal Imaging are becoming increasingly more popular due to clients wanting the peace of mind that their equipment isn’t overloaded/overheating or that joints/connections aren’t about to fail, but also want to minimise downtime too.

This is where thermal imaging comes into its own, because not only can it be carried out in most cases without the need for big costly isolations and building shuts down, but because it is a fantastic way to monitor your equipment and plant over time, and you can effectively plan for maintenance rather than having issues occur at the worst possible time.

Our recent client wanted to go one further and requested a full load bank test and thermal imaging survey to be carried out during the commissioning stages of their installation. This would highlight any loose connections/joints and allowed time to rectify these faults before the installation was under full occupied load.

For more information, or if you would like to discuss your own Thermal Imaging requirements, along with any other services that TES can help you with, please get in touch.
