Leon Restaurants — Planned Preventative Maintenance, Birmingham New Street Station

TES Compliance was appointed by Leon Restaurants to carry out a full planned preventative maintenance programme at their Birmingham New Street Station site. The scope of works included an Electrical Installation Condition Report, Emergency Lighting Inspection and Electrical Equipment Testing across the premises, with all required remedial works carried out on completion to ensure the site met full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Operating within a busy transport hub environment, the programme demanded careful scheduling and a professional, efficient approach from our engineers to minimise disruption to the restaurant’s operations. All inspection reports were formally documented and delivered in a clear, professional format suitable for submission to insurers, building management and regulatory authorities.

Excellent company who helped us out in an emergency. Very accommodating on dates, professional engineers. Great communication throughout and reports compiled in a professional manner.
James Crabtree, Operations Manager, Leon Restaurant
