TES Compliance was appointed by the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge to carry out a full LED lighting conversion across all back of house stairwells throughout the property. The project involved the replacement of 186 existing fluorescent fittings with new commercial grade LED fittings, each integrated with microwave sensors to further reduce energy consumption by ensuring lighting operates only when required.
The installation was carried out with the minimal disruption expected of a five-star hospitality environment, completed to 18th Edition wiring regulations with full certification provided on completion. The project demonstrates TES Compliance’s capability to deliver technically precise, commercially sensitive LED lighting conversions within prestigious and operationally demanding properties.
