Fixed Wire Testing — Aquatics Centre, Olympic Park, Stratford

TES Compliance was commissioned to carry out fixed wire testing at the Aquatics Centre at the Olympic Park in Stratford, London — one of the most iconic sporting venues in the country and a lasting legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games. The scale and design of the building presented a uniquely challenging working environment, with a significant portion of the testing taking place within the roof space gantries positioned high above the venue’s impressive 50-metre swimming pool. Working at height within an active and architecturally complex facility of this nature required our engineers to adhere to strict health and safety protocols whilst maintaining the efficiency and accuracy demanded by a project of this scale.

The roof space gantries presented their own specific challenges, requiring careful navigation and a methodical approach to ensure all circuits and installations within these areas were thoroughly tested and assessed against current regulatory standards. Our team worked diligently throughout the project to deliver a full and accurate record of the installation’s condition across the entire site. The Aquatics Centre project is a strong reflection of TES Compliance’s capability to carry out fixed wire testing in some of the most technically demanding and physically challenging environments, reinforcing our reputation for delivering compliant, professional, and safety-focused services across high-profile landmark venues.
