TES Compliance was commissioned to carry out fixed wire testing at the iconic County Hall on London’s South Bank, one of the capital’s most recognisable and historically significant buildings. Home to a diverse mix of high-profile occupants including the London Dungeon, the London Aquarium, and a wide variety of food and retail outlets, the project presented considerable logistical challenges from the outset. The sheer number of occupants across the building meant that access, coordination, and scheduling required meticulous planning, with our teams working closely with all parties to ensure testing could be carried out safely and efficiently without disrupting the day-to-day operations of each individual tenant.
The age of the installation added a further layer of complexity to the project, with older infrastructure requiring greater care and attention during the testing process. Compounding these challenges was a tight project deadline, which demanded that our teams work around the clock to ensure all fixed wire testing was completed on time and to the required standard. This project is a testament to TES Compliance’s ability to deliver under pressure in some of the most operationally complex and demanding environments — managing multiple stakeholders, ageing infrastructure, and critical deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism throughout.
